There used to be several pages here of information about the Baha'i Faith. My new book, The Secret Peace, was in part inspired by Baha'i ideals I learned while growing up. But after 30 years of active participation, I have chosen to no longer be a member. This was due to wildly unpleasant treatment at the hands of the Faith, based on some of the more backwards of their mostly-admirable beliefs. Research shows that those specific backwards beliefs are quickly disappearing from society, but this is small consolation.
