When I worked at GWP, a promotion marketing agency, we did lots of consumer packaged goods work. Novartis was one of the company's big clients - including Triaminic, Tavist & TheraFlu. But we didn't just create work that consumers saw, we also designed internal marketing materials that their sales team could use.
