Meetup: Help!
Meetup's Help section was filled with static content that was non-searchable, difficult to update, and supplemented by seldom-found forums scattered throughout the site.
We decided to consolidate everything into a single hub filled with dynamic content that could be easily added by the community. The system was also contextual and would offer appropriate questions based on where you came from, and allow people to vote on the best answers. The new section immediately eased Meetup's Support Team's response burden.
