Project Management System

While working at Need2Know, I personally designed a proprietary project management system. The company handled hundreds of clients' web sites, with jobs ranging from building entire e-commerce sites to small updates. The new system was designed to help prioritize tasks, easily indicate whose responsibility each task was, and encourage developers to record time accurately for billing.

After using many different (usually overly-complex) systems with many different companies, getting to design my own and then use it for years was a dream come true.
