P. Craig Russell is one of my favorite comic
illustrators.
There are
many others I like, but I singled Russell out to highlight his work since
he didn't have much of a web presence. Plus, his art is so consistent
in style that it's easy to list, describe, and display.
The best stuff here is straight to the source: his drawings. Flip through the arrows to see them all. I've also listed my favorite works.
If you're interested in more, look at my art analysis. I delve into Russell's influences from Art Nouveau and describe his specialties. You can also read my 10-star review of Murder Mysteries, written by Neil Gaiman and illustrated by Russell, or a review of Russell's masterpiece, a graphic adaptation of the Ring of the Nibelung.
